Hermitage of San Eugenio

| Located at the entrance to the city arriving from Madrid, right. It has a single nave and its original structure Mudejar there is only the apse, introducing so typical socket masonry and brick blind archery. It was founded by Alfonso VII, when France managed to bring the relics of that Toledo bishop of the Visigothic times, patron saint of the archdiocese. By having several subsequent uses, commercial and warehouse, suffered many reforms added. However, in 1992 was declared a Cultural, following its restoration. |
